Jessica Fuller - Principal

Jessica Fuller is a senior strategic consultant and executive leader with over 35 years’ experience across the creative and cultural industries, academia, and enterprise development in Ireland and Europe. She is recognised for excellence in strategy development, policy implementation, and the delivery of complex programmes that create sustainable, long-term impact. As Principal of Úcaire Consulting, she advises public bodies, government agencies, creative and cultural organisations, and SMEs on strategy, funding readiness, programme delivery, and governance. Her experience includes serving as Programme Manager for the North West Regional Enterprise Plan (DETE), Programme Manager for Creative Enterprise development across Ireland’s Atlantic Innovation Region (WDC) and as a member of the Senior Executive Team at the Institute of Art, Design and Technology.

Her prior business experience as founder-director of Irelands global first livestream service (platformireland.ie); Director/Producer at Still Point Productions; founder-director of Music Publishing company, Artunity; Media Producer Business Development Director, Seismic Streaming Events, and more recently as Company Secretary of the Atlantic Crea-Tech Enterprise and Innovation Cluster (ACTIvE.com) informs her practical, commercially grounded approach to advisory work. She activated the National Creative Industry Data and Market Intelligence Service (CIDMI.ie) in 2024.

She holds a Diploma in Corporate Governance from UCD Smurfit Business School and an MA in Cultural Policy and Arts Management, and serves on regional, national, and European boards and committees.
